We caught the 5:30am ferry to Hvar and then had to sit around waiting for things to open before we could get any accommodation. Not a bad place to sit, though.

We arrived in Stari Grad the day before a festival that included a 1000m swimming marathon in the ocean, for kids. They had to swim out to this boat, the starting point, then do another 1000m! All credit to them!
